What is the best eshop platform to create a store?

Hi there, I am about to sell handmade products online.
I need a simple online store – easy to use (as I don’t have any programming skills), free & with a mobile responsive web design. I am thinking of using Create your Online Store and Start Selling Online Now!. Have anyone tried it yet? Or maybe you know any other similar platforms for an online store? I want to choose the best one.
